Gullivers Sports Travel
Gullivers is well known for its involvement in major sporting events such as the Rugby World Cups and Lions Tours. Although this is an important part of their business, equally important are the smaller events and playing tours.
Rugby events range from mini rugby tournaments, where there can be 1000 rugby players aged 8 to 14 years, right up to the sport's pinnacle, the Rugby World Cup.
In 2003, they were the largest official travel agent for Rugby World Cup 2003 and we took 5000 supporters to New Zealand in 2005 for the British & Irish Lions Tour. Our rugby supporters' repertoire further includes IRB Sevens Series with annual trips to Dubai and Hong Kong.
Hundreds of schools and clubs travel around the world each year with Gullivers. The tours range from shorter European tours to those further afield: wherever the tour, it will be good value for money and include transport, accommodation and fixtures against suitable opposition. They also organise tours for overseas teams travelling to the UK and Europe.
The corporate hospitality and event management arm of Gullivers is run by former England, Bath and Lions prop forward, Gareth Chilcott.
